Co-op Lab is a private member association (pma) with a digital platform for members to present and match their skills, time, knowledge, goods and services. All share as pma co-owner and co-custodian under a contract to act honourably and respectfully.

The digital platform is used to present offers and needs, individual or collective, which are matched by its private AI system. This produces an evolving “audit” of available resources, along with new opportunities to exchange skills, time, knowledge, goods and services.

Local "champions" can use the same core agreement to form their own Co-op Lab with a committee to manage the process. Their key role is to develop a "hub-and-spoke" network of specialist hub guilds to support hands-on education in local projects. So, Co-op Lab can evolve locally using common sense to secure shared values.

As skills and resources are shared, members will develop untold services, organisations and assets; while assuring the quality required across all sectors - health, arts, food, construction, technology, sports, media and so on.
